What this site is, what it is not, and the basis on which the figures on it are published.
This site is an invitation to discuss, not an offer
Everything published here describes a business process outsourcing project that Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd intends to place with one BPO service provider per city. It is an invitation to apply and to negotiate. It is not a binding offer, and submitting an application creates no contract, no allocation and no obligation on either side.
A working relationship begins only when a Master Services Agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement have been executed by both parties. Where anything on this site differs from those executed documents, the executed documents govern without exception.
The figures
Rates, slabs, bounties, investment figures and timelines are current as at the revision date shown in the footer and are subject to change until they are written into a signed agreement. Akontec may withdraw or vary the allocation, the rate card or the seat count at any time before signing.
The earning projections, the cost model and the calculator on this site are illustrative. They rest on stated assumptions about hiring cost, facility cost, overhead and achieved service levels, all of which vary by city, by floor and by month. They are not a forecast of your results, not a guarantee of income, and not a representation that any particular outcome will be achieved. You should model the project against your own costs before committing capital, and you should take your own professional advice on that model.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, taxation or investment advice to anyone, and nothing here should be relied on as a statement of Indian foreign investment law or policy. Descriptions of FDI routes, sector caps, reporting obligations and regulator roles are simplified background for the purpose of explaining an operational scope of work. They are not a compliance reference.
The operational desk described on this site does not provide advice either. Its scope is enquiry handling, documentation coordination, tracking and reporting, inside a defined boundary. All advisory work and all statutory filing remain with licensed professionals appointed separately.
Exclusivity and allocation
References to exclusive city allocation describe the intended commercial arrangement and take effect only through the executed agreement. Until then, no city is reserved for any applicant, and applications are assessed in the order they are received and on their merits.
Intellectual property
The Akontec name, mark and the material on this site are the property of Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. You may read, download and print these pages to evaluate the project. You may not republish them, use them to solicit third parties, or present the process design, rate structure or documentation as your own.
Availability and links
We make no commitment that this site will be available uninterrupted or free of error. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for the content of any external site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Akontec accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information published on this site before an agreement is executed. Once an agreement is executed, liability between the parties is governed exclusively by that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai have jurisdiction, and any dispute arising out of an executed agreement is referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
