What happens after you apply

1. We read it the same week. Applications are screened against the city allocation map first — if your city is already committed, we tell you straight away rather than leaving it open.
2. Facility call within five working days. Forty minutes on your floor plan, connectivity, hiring pipeline and current processes. No commercial discussion at this stage.
3. Documents and site audit. We request the list in Schedule G, then audit remotely or in person against the checklist.
4. Allocation and agreement. Issued within a week of a clear audit. Nothing is payable until you sign.
