What this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it removed.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us through the application form: company name and entity type, contact name and role, work email, mobile number, city, seat capacity, years in operation, connectivity and certification position, the processes running on your floor, and any notes you write. We also record the date and time of submission and the originating IP address, for security purposes.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It does not run trackers or third-party pixels. The only external request the pages make is to Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces.
Why we collect it
- To assess whether your floor fits the allocation described on this site
- To contact you about that assessment and to arrange the facility call
- To maintain a record of applications against the city allocation map
- To meet our own record-keeping obligations if an agreement follows
We do not use application data for marketing unrelated to this project, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who sees it
Applications are read by the Akontec allocation desk and, where an application progresses, by the process owner assigned to this project. Nothing is shared with the end client before an agreement is signed, and no application data is shared with any other BPO service provider at any point.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not progress are retained for 24 months from submission and then deleted, so that we can tell you if the allocation reopens in your city. Applications that lead to an agreement are retained for the term of that agreement plus seven years, in line with the record-retention obligations that attach to the underlying process.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about your application
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your application before the 24 months are up
- Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time

Security
Application data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people named above. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your application data, we will tell you directly rather than by notice on this site.
A note on investor data
This notice covers this website only. The investor data handled by the operational desk described on this site is governed by a separate data processing agreement between Akontec and the appointed partner, and by the client's own privacy obligations. Nothing on this website collects or processes investor data.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the effective date above. This version is effective September 2026.
